The Food
Conceptualised and designed by local legend and food alchemist Peter Goffe-Wood, expect a menu that reimagines French bistro classics, all created with the finest local ingredients and the signature flair of The Wes.
From the richly layered Cape Bouillabaisse to the delicate Twice Baked Goat’s Cheese Soufflé amongst the usual crowd pleasers, our dishes are as comforting as they are surprising and the daily specials board means there is always something new to try. Whether you’re joining us for a leisurely lunch, an elegant dinner, or a cheeky cocktail (or three), there’s always something new to discover. The Wes is not a Halaal restaurant.
